sites and using the information from the chapter, create three situational
and behavioural description interview questions.

- Using the same three jobs you have already chosen, decide what employment
tests you may want to test on and give a rationale of why you chose
that particular test(s).
- Would you use any Drug Testing for these jobs? After looking at http://www.chrc-ccdp.ca/legislation_policies/aids-en.asp,
decide if AIDS testing would be necessary for a food service industry
worker, or for any worker at all.
